They came the next day, and in that same day were able to diagnose the problem and came back a couple hours later to fix the problem! The actual technician, Elijah, was excellent. My AC quit working. I called asking for help and they were out the next morning. My unit was 23 years old. I was told what it cost to repair it but since it's so old other parts might also break on the AC and heat. Then I was shown a couple of different options to replace everything. I decided to replace it all with the help of the friendly repairman. He even picked up a "loaner" air conditioner and installed it for me to survive until the new heat and air were installed. Two days later two young men showed up when they said they'd be here. They were very polite, professional and finished within the time they said they would. My daughter previously used this company to replace her heat and air and referred them to me. They provided excellent service and professionalism.
